Made with a machined metal exterior and using a high-strength, synthetic Dyneema® fiber cable, the ANCORE Pro is designed to withstand the highest demands of training. Simply attach the portable ANCORE Pro to any well-known rack, squat stand, or rig using the included strap attachment, or upgrade to an easy to attach Rack Mount. For those tight on space, a wall mount and adjustable wall mount options are also available.

Choose the base model ANCORE Pro which comes standard with 55LBS of resistance or upgrade to the Pro Plus version for an additional 10LBS, allowing you to reach a maximum resistance of 65LBS. Additional resistance plates can always be purchased later on to add to the standard model.
