Designed for use with an existing Ice Barrel cold therapy training kit, the Ice Block mold accessory makes it easy to produce extra-large ice blocks at home to keep your ice bath cold for longer.
The Ice Block container is made from silicone reinforced with steel for extra stability. It’s available from Rogue as either a single block or in packages of 3, 5, or 10. Each individual block weighs 1.5 LBS unfilled and produces a 7 LB block of ice once filled and frozen.
