I had a reverse hyper strap from a company called 717AN F17NE$$ that decided to start fraying after a few months of usage. I should've known. The flimsy construction and sorry excuse for nylon and stitching should've been a dead giveaway that if I were to put any meaningful work into doing Reverse Hypers, this strap will snap like a dry spaghetti noodle. Enter this beast of Reverse Hyper Strap. When it came in, I immediately unboxed it and went to work. Now, the description says it works with 25 pound plates and someone said a while back that using this with 45's might be an issue with strap length but I say, 'tis but fake news.' This beast of a strap works fine with your steel deep dish 45's. I've loaded three deep dishes on each side and have not encountered the dreaded shin bangers. The girth of this python provides not only comfort but also ensures that whatever weight you throw at it and whatever amount of reps you throw around, you'll be safe and secure unlike that sorry excuse of a hyper strap from other companies, looking at you 7!7AN you silly goose you. After getting an impromptu lifting sesh at the homegym, I went to my buddies gym, hoisted him on my bulbous shoulders, locked him in his office and sat him down at his desk, had him log into roguefitness.com, add this beast of strap to his cart, then add two more things that I don't need because three ships free, stole twenty bucks from his wallet, said 'hit me when this comes in,' jetted over to 7-11 to cop a Grape Ghost, a Slim Jim, and a 3mg pack of Zyn, and went back to home gym to hit 3 more sets of reverse hypers.

I bought the 'Spud Harness to prevent the youger athletes from hyper extending their legs. Prior to purchasing the harness many of the athletes complained of pain behind the knee (popliteal fossa). We used bands to eliminate the problem however the problem wasn't eliminated. The Spid strap has reduced/ eliminated the problem.

I bought this a month or so ago and it’s proven to be a comfortable, durable RH strap. The length is good for 10s and 25s, if you want to use 45s you’ll need to get the long RH strap

Item is over engineered in a good way. Rings are thick, webbing is strong and stitching is in excess. I have no doubt this will last a lifetime. However, the additional webbing that's stitched into the inside to serve as a "pad" for you ankles is completely off center. It doesn't interfere with your ankle placement as the length of the pad is plenty long enough. But come on, you couldn't of centered it?

Fantastic quality from Spud inc but it is too short for use with full size plates. It leaves very little room to get your feet through before positioning the strap on your ankles.
