Transform your RML-690 with the Rogue FML-6 Twin Functional Trainer–the ultimate all-in-one solution in a compact design. This versatile functional trainer conversion kit features a vertically adjustable 2:1 functional trainer, and a 1:1 lat pulldown and low row. Built for space efficiency, the FML-6 Twin lets you optimize your training area without sacrificing functionality.

INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION
The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row, using dual weight stacks as its weight source. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. Independent weight sources allow the two front trolleys to be set independently, allowing for more versatility in multiple station training.
COMPACT FOOTPRINT
The compact footprint of the Rogue FML-6 Functional Trainer line has been further minimized. By positioning the weight sources on the side of the rack, the overall depth has been reduced, extending only 5” behind the back of the rack.
OVERBUILT BY DESIGN
As with all Rogue products, the FML-6 Twin Functional Trainer Add-On is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the 3/16" US Made Mil Spec Aircraft Cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds are optional to enclose moving parts.
EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY
Vertical adjustment of the trolleys is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers. Swiveling pulleys guarantee the optimum angle for every movement. There is no need to reconfigure, whether you want to perform single or double arm movements with the trolley or want to use the pulldown or low row functionality, just grab and go.
BUILT ON THE RML-690 MONSTER LITE RACK
The Rogue RML-690 Monster Lite Rack is a staple in gyms across the world, utilizing 3x3" 11-gauge steel tubing, durable 5/8" hardware, and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. The RML-690C version includes a wide spectrum of custom color options, optional laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights, and the Westside hole pattern comes standard. This design allows for a number of add-ons and attachments.
Important: This rack must be bolted to the floor before use.

Power Rack/Functional Trainer/Lat Pulldown/Low Row in One
Fully functional power rack with 2:1 functional trainer and 1:1 lat pulldown/low row using a single weight source due to our patent pending pulley configuration. We maximize the resistance of the weight stack which means that only a single weight stack is needed, and if you opt for the plate load version, you only need to load one trolley and only need half the weight of competing products to achieve the same load.
1:1 with standard attachments
Unlike competing products, our pulley configuration allows the use of standard attachments for the lat pulldown and low row while providing 1:1 resistance. Many other products require specialized attachments with multiple attachment points to achieve 1:1 resistance.
