Added a 43" monster Beam upper crossmember so I could attach this Monster Crown Pull-up bar. Tested it out today and the versatile multi-grip choices are amazing. The large spheres are a challenge and give me something to work towards. I'm 307lbs and when I crank on it I do lift up the entire front of the power rack- this can easily be fixed by ordering Bolt-on Weight holder pole for either side of the Rogue RM-4 power rack and adding plates to them OR simply loading a bar on the rack or in the safety straps and it won't go anywhere. A side point to note is that if you are going to build a 4 post (with 4 individual feet) power rack into your garage you will want to consider the slightest slope of the concrete floor as one of the power racks feet will rise up floating off the ground- luckily all it took for me was slicing a 5.5" X 7.5" spare piece of .25" rubber gym flooring and shim it under the foot the slope was going towards and it's luckily perfectly level now. ALL SET. very happy with Rogue Monster crown Pull-up bar and Rogue RM-4 power rack.

This monster can build serious hand strength in ways a regular pullup bar doesn't.

I have been using this attachment for six months now and love it. It's a great addition to my Monster rack and I use it very frequently in my training program. The width of the parallel gripping sections is perfect for doing chin-ups and overall hangs. It is extremely secure and has not moved at all since attached to the rack. My only suggestion would be to add knurling to the grip surfaces as an option.

This is a great add-on if you're looking to do form pull/chin up work with many variations. Definitely a worthwhile add-on.
