COMPACT LEG CURL MACHINE
Developed by powerlifting legend Louie Simmons and Westside Barbell, the American-made Westside Standing Leg Curl machine features a simple but scientific design that promotes proper form by stabilizing the knee and hips during the standing leg curl movement. By focusing on this isolation, athletes can achieve better results and reduce the risk of hamstring and knee injuries in the long run.
ROGUE QUALITY DESIGN
With the Rogue iteration of the Westside Standing Leg Curl, we use an overbuilt design featuring a combination bolt-together and welded frame, rubber grip handles, and robust vinyl-covered pads. Its two industrial-grade pillow block bearings and an auto-adjust pivoting roller ensure ultra-smooth movement throughout the entire range of motion, accommodating users of all sizes. The texture powder coated diamond tread footplate ensures a reliable surface to stand on. The loading post is crafted from a 12” machined barbell sleeve, designed to last and eliminate excess movement from loaded plates.
MAXIMUM VERSATILITY IN A COMPACT FOOTPRINT
Not just for leg curls, the Westside Standing Leg Curl can be used to isolate your hip flexors, abductors, and more. Its 3x3 tube design also allows for the use of Monster Band Pegs for banded work for added resistance. With a relatively small footprint of 45" H x 43" W x 36" D, its compact footprint and robust design allow it to fit seamlessly into any home or commercial gym environment, complementing other posterior chain machines like the Reverse Hyper, Inverse Curl, and Belt Squat.
